Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio .

• Continuously reviews the Sales / Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term , in quantity and value .

• Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales / production plan in timing and quantities

• Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues.

• Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.

• Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment .
