**Requirements**:
- Industrial Engineering or related.
- Advanced English.
- Affective communication, easy to speak, empathetic.
- Office skills (advanced Excell).
- Customer Service
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage communication with thecustomer to ensure timely scheduling and deployment to the plant to meet their deliveries on time and in quantity.
- Attend and negotiate with the customer their requirements.
- Receive and analyze customer releases.
- Ensure to meet customer rules of engagement.
- Process customer releases in the system.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Prepare detailed production plan.
- Develop reaction plans to cover increases or delays in deliveries.
