Job Description
- Deal directly with CFT either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face
- Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests and communicate/coordinate with internal departments
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and supply-related inquiries
- Facilitate order acceptance
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
Education and Experience
- PG in Pharmaceuticals or equivalent; MBAs preferred
- Basic pharmaceuticals knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Numeric, oral, and written language proficiency
- Expected work experience: 1–2 years in pharmaceutical or similar field(s)
