Demand Planner

Demand Planner:

Develop and implement the Demand Plan, Supply Plan and the Distribution Plan. Lead monthly “Sales & Operations Planning” and “Demand Planning” Meetings.

Managing Finished Goods Inventory-

• Monitoring and publishing the status of FG (Red/Orange/Yellow)
• Ensuring the monthly write-off and disposal of Expired and Damaged FG in collaboration with Supply Chain Operations and the Commercial group
• Monitoring, Publishing and working collaboratively with sales team to ensure reduction in Orange FG Inventory, Monitoring, Publishing and suitably deploying the Yellow FG Inventory

Develop and Lead the Planning to maximize the team effectiveness-

• Evaluate the Job Description and keep it relevant with the changing job requirements
• Help in creation of annual KRAs
• Ensure monthly PIP discussion with team and for self with written PIPs in ATFL format and record the key discussion points
• Ensure team members are developed, trained, motivated, evaluated for job performance and compensated fairly

Establish best in class service to Modern Trade and CSD-

• Ensure Deployment and Shipments to CSD customers as per the Purchase Order
• Collaborating with DMT sales team and the Customers to understand the evolving needs of DMT Customers
• Working collaboratively with DMT sales team and the customers to effectively execute and Phase-in Phase-out or New Product Launches

Qualification:

Graduation in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engg

3-5 Years relavant experience

Data management and Excel Skills

Communication Skills
