Overview:
-Drive the Demand Planning process across the functions to find out proper demands level to provide sufficient stock level to secure business
-Responsible to creating a demand plan that serves as a base for sales and supply activities, aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain Demand and Inventory plans for Wilson business
-Play a key role in the Demand planning process driving cross functional alignment and communication
-Monitor changes in the marketplace and act as a sparring partner for Sales and Commercial
-Measuring demand planning accuracy and working for continuous improvement
-Develop effective forecasting models based on available data including industry trends and demand patterns
-Continuous improvement of processes and systems to increase forecast accuracy
