Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data cleansing.
• Lead forecast review meetings to drive alignment and reduce bias.
• Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles and support annual budget and long‑range planning.
• Monitor in‑month performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing to maintain supply‑demand balance and optimize safety stock.
• Manage demand planning for new product introductions (NPI) with Sales and Marketing teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Applied Mathematics/Statistics.
• 3-5 years in demand planning or related discipline, preferably within a fast‑moving consumer environment.
