You will lead the demand planning process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer needs.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Own the Demand Planning process for the India business unit, developing accurate demand forecasts using statistical tools and market insights.
+ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to build consensus demand plans aligned with business goals.
+ Drive forecast accuracy by monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
