Demand Planner

Job Description:

1. Daily allocation of stocks to the van sales drivers using proprietary merchandise software system.

2. Monitor stock levels at warehouse and ensure allocation is done to meet van sales sales quota as well as ensure healthy stock movement and rotation.

3. Ensure Van sales driver return stocks are accounted for and captured in system.

4. Ensure WH stocks tally with drawdown and return.

5. Communicate with Van sales to resolve ground issues to ensure stock movement is achieved.

6. Regular stock take at Warehouse to ensure stock tally.

7. Weekly presentation and update of Van sales drivers target vs stock level and report sales performance.

8. Listing and delisting of SKUs on e commerce platforms as well as supermarkets.

9. Weekly orders / indent of fresh stocks to ensure sufficiency for Van sales to meet sales targets.

10. Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
