a leading multinational cosmetic company, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in developing accurate demand forecasts that support our commercial strategy and business growth.

This role sits at the heart of the organization, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning and contributing directly to the company's success.

Develop mid- to long-term plans (up to 18 months) and short-term weekly forecasts.

Analyze sales history, POS data, inventory, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Manage demand changes within the time fence in coordination with Supply Planning.

Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processes.
