Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with wholesale and merchandising teams to develop and manage comprehensive
business strategies to drive sales, optimize inventory investment, and generate profit by account.
- Responsible for managing the Open-to-Buy, building financial plans, and performing analysis to
support the sales plan.
- Drive financial results that maximize revenue, gross margin, inventory turn goals and minimize
excess inventory for both the company and account.
- Develop bottom-up sales and inventory plans based on Customer sell-out trend, channel
inventory levels, informing financial decisions inclusive of product mix, AIR, AUC, turn, Receipt
Flow, and Markdown vs. Reg Selling.
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly business recaps vs. plan and forecast, with emphasis
on performance drivers and issues with solutions and influence highlighted.
