Demand Planning Analyst

The Demand Planner – Automotive Sensors is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts for automotive sensor products (e.g., pressure, temperature, position, ADAS, occupancy, and smart sensor systems). The role supports production planning, capacity alignment, and inventory optimization across automotive OEM and Tier-1 customers, ensuring alignment with vehicle programs, SOP/EOP timelines, and long product life cycles. Key responsibilities Develop demand forecasts at product, customer, and vehicle-program level using historical data, customer schedules, and market trends Translate OEM and Tier-1 customer forecasts, call-offs, and EDI releases into actionable demand plans Manage demand planning for sensors with long lead-time components (ICs, ASICs, PCBs) Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Engineering on new program launches, SOP/EOP, and volume ramp-ups Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes Analyze forecast accur...
