Main Responsibilities: *
Responsible for strategic demand planning to maximize inventory turns, reduce returns and bad goods and to ensure a high quality forecast within ANI Taiwan, for To-Market Sales (TMS), In-Market-Sales (IMS) and consumer offtakeWork closely with sales and marketing teams, marketing Insights, regulatory, Area planners, and local supply chain teams striving to provide and accurate demand signalLead consolidated demand review meeting and challenge the assumptions and numbers provided by an analysis in order to improve forecast accuracyCo-ordinate product channel/customer allocation process when under supply constrain environmentCo-ordinate NPI phase-in/out plans according to business plan to maximize product availability launch success and minimize return and bad goodsEstablish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to demand planning processes/operations...
