Demand Planning Manager, APAC

We’re looking for a Demand Planning Manager, APAC to own and drive regional demand planning across our APAC markets. This role sits at the centre of commercial ambition, supply chain execution, and financial discipline - translating market demand into clear, actionable signals that enable the business to scale sustainably. You’ll work closely with country leaders, supply chain, and product teams to ensure demand plans are robust, aligned, and decision‑ready.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Demand Forecasting

• Own end‑to‑end demand forecasting at SKU and country level across APAC.
• Build rolling monthly forecasts incorporating seasonality, promotions, launches, and local market inputs.
• Lead forecast alignment discussions with country and commercial leaders, balancing bottom‑up insights with top‑down targets.
