This position can be based in Memphis, TN, Dallas, TX, Lancaster, SC, Hager City, WI, Clinton, IL or Gadsden, AL. This role will lead the demand planning process, serving as the central figure for orchestrating end-to-end planning cycle. The successful manager will align demand, supply, and financial plans to drive operational excellence and meet strategic business objectives. A key responsibility will be to report risks, opportunities, and gaps to leadership, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to mitigate challenges and capitalize on potential growth areas.
