About the Role

Mother Parkers is seeking a strategic and collaborative Demand Planning Manager to join their Planning team at the Mississauga Corporate Office. This role is central to driving accurate forecasting, enabling effective S&OP/IBP processes, and supporting long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration and digital transformation initiatives to enhance planning capabilities and decision-making.

The Demand Planning Manager plays a key part in consensus building, embedding advanced planning tools and analytics into decision-making, and supporting the Integrated Business Planning Team as it optimizes inventory, production, capacity, and service plans that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
