Demand Planning Manager

This role oversees demand planning and forecasting for F&B manufacturing, ensuring alignment across commercial and supply chain functions to support efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and update demand forecasts based on sales orders, historical data, and customer inputs.
• Review forecast vs actual consumption and investigate variances.
• Work closely with Production and Material Planning to align demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Coordinate with Sales on order changes, promotions, and urgent demand adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and expiry risks; trigger actions to avoid shortages or write-offs.
• Support monthly demand review and S&OP meetings with accurate data.
• Highlight demand risks and operational issues and escalate when required.
