**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Demand Planning Specialist** who can deliver accurate, data‑driven demand forecasts to help optimize supply chain performance. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Dev Team and regional teams to build a unified commercial demand plan for the category.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop robust baseline forecasts and coordinate with category teams for demand alignment.
+ Manage the dynamic forecasting process, ensuring consensus across business teams.
+ Lead event planning & management, ensuring on‑time and successful execution.
+ Conduct regular forecast performance reviews; track accuracy and bias.
+ Integrate forecasts into medium‑ and long‑term planning cycles.
