Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our Journey Strategy & Execution efforts, focusing on processing intake tickets, managing project timelines, and coordinating cross-channel communications to ensure that digital marketing and campaign priorities are on track and aligned. This role involves translating digital journey strategies into actionable steps across different stakeholders, tracking project requirements, and managing weekly operational tasks to facilitate smooth marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in enhancing our digital customer experiences through effective coordination and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in processing intake tickets and managing timelines for digital marketing projects. Translate journey strategy into coordinated execution steps across stakeholders. Coordinate cross-channel communications and ensure campaign deliverables align with deadlines. Track project requirements, dependencies, and escalate potential blockers. Manage weekly business rhythms, ensuring smooth operations and reporting. Must-Have Skills: Strong project management and documentation skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and multichannel digital marketing strategies. Industry Experience: 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of Workfront, Microsoft PowerPoint, and marketing automation platforms (Adobe stack or similar).
