*Description:*
Data Analyst or Business Analyst with time tracking experience for the labor of resources. The network services environment is utilized as a managed services by other LOBs, and they need to make sure that they recoup the costs when their resources are utilized for projects in support of those LOBs.
The Demand Recovery Analyst is responsible for sustaining a resource time entry and chargeback function that accounts for and reconciles resource hours accumulated over the course of each network engagement. Works closely with other Functional leads, Release and Engineering Resources, Finance and Economics teams as well as other internal and external strategic partners. Assures complete and accurate resource time entries, accumulations, approvals, and timely delivery of billing period submissions, reports, forecasts, and other related commitments.
The Demand Recovery Analyst is a Labor Cost and Recovery SME that provides supporting services and oversight for time entry processes required to track and manage resource time accumulated working on Network Services Delivery engagements. This role enters the team as a new time tracking system is prepared for deployment and adopted by the Network Release and Deployment teams. This role is essential to the establishment of supporting processes, routines, and user adoption. Actively participates in the progressive development of resource labor tracking tool, defines, develops, and produces aligned metrics and reporting as well as routines required to support stakeholders and maintain the reporting portfolio. Actively participates in the creation and formalization of administrative routines, end-user routines, production, and maintenance of aligned function and end user documentation.

• Financial Constructs & Methods for Resource Cost Capture, Management, and Allocation (Charge-back).
• Time Estimation and Quotation Methodologies.
• Applied knowledge of methods and practices for data capture/content solutions, templates & processes.
• Data analysis & modelling.
• Applied experience with industry data tools, concepts, and conventions.
• Proficient in Excel: Data consolidation, tables, pivot tables, visualizations.
• Creating reports from MicroStrategy Business Intelligence and Analytics data.
• Producing reporting visualizations from data using tools such as Tableau, Splunk.
• Experience Devising Performance Measures, Producing Metrics, Visualizations and Reporting.
