Demand & Supply Planner

As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all flows related to the assigned brands, from purchase and distribution to returns and product lifecycle. You are the interface between Logistics teams, Brands teams, and Planning Teams in Singapore or in Headquarters.

The key focus is on maintaining optimized inventory levels in the warehouse by closely aligning supply plans with sales demand, inventory policies, capacity constraints, and other supply-side factors. The position also entails managing the distribution of products to all associated counters, ensuring the right inventory is deployed across the distribution network. Forecasting is another critical aspect of this role, which requires close collaboration with the Brand team. Additionally, the individual in this position is expected to spearhead continuous improvement projects to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in the brand's operations.
