+ Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Work in all areas of the kitchen i.e. Restaurant, Banquets, Breakfast, Room service.
+ Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
+ Stay up to date with knowledge of current food trends
+ Actively build product knowledge in order to up sell products and provide One Step Ahead service to guests.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management and Colleagues alike.
+ Ensure compliance to Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
