Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:



+ Assisting the Pastry Chef de Partie in managing daily pastry and bakery operations.

+ Preparing and producing desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and bakery items according to recipes and standards.

+ Ensuring proper mise en place and smooth service for à la carte, buffet, and banquet operations.

+ Supervising and guiding Pastry Commis Chefs during daily production.

+ Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
