  • Ensure food quality, presentation, authenticity, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of all Thai dishes within the assigned section.
  • Maintain proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients, including herbs, spices, and pastes, to minimize spoilage and control costs.
  • Guide and support junior chefs in Thai cooking techniques, plating, and timing, while enforcing strict hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • Troubleshoot operational or quality issues within the section during service.
  • Assist the Chef with inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and mise en place planning.
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
