Demi Chef - Pasta Chef - Garum Restaurant by Grossi

Guy Grossi’s GARUM is an inspiration of ancient Roman cooking, traditions and culture with contemporary consideration bringing a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct.

We are currently seeking Demi Chef - Pasta Chef with a focus on continuously reaching greater levels of guest experiences in a quality driven kitchen with strong technical skills and understanding of Italian food.

For our Demi Chef roles, we are seeking professionals displaying the following skills and attributes:

  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • To cover dinner service period
  • Be interested and skilled in food provenance, quality produce and seasonality
  • Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
