Your life on board:
As Demi Chef Pastry, you will oversee daily dessert preparation in your designated area, crafting exquisite pastries and desserts at a high culinary standard, delighting both customers and colleagues.
Demonstrate your passion:
·       You will prepare all pastries, ensuring perfect composition, adeptly handling ingredient mixing, portioning, chopping, and storage for efficient preparation.
Getting Things Right:
·       You will regularly check and promptly report malfunctions to the pastry chef to ensure pastry equipment functions correctly.
·       You will minimize waste and overproduction while meeting company standards, focusing on efficiency and quality standards.
Safety First:
·       You will conduct daily checks of pastry products in all onboard restaurants to guarantee excellent quality service.
·       You will carry out daily cleaning procedures according to HACCP/USPH standards, maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
