Job Description

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, treatment methods, and regulatory standards.


• Design and plan experiments for pilot and field trials to validate new processes and technologies.


• Execute pilot trials, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization.


• Monitor, log, and document experimental data with accuracy and integrity.


• Analyse and verify trial results, interpret findings, and prepare technical reports and presentations.


• Communicate trial progress, site observations, and results effectively with clients.


• Prepare and update detailed Techno-Feasibility Reports (TFRs) for internal and client reference.


• Support training of technicians and operators for pilot unit operation and data recording at client sites.


• Coordinate with internal teams to implement process improvements and optimizations based on pilot learnings.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures during experiments.
