Demo Technician/Operator

Job Description

• Operate demo units at client sites, ensuring systems run as per defined process parameters.
• Monitor, log, and report daily operating data, including flow rates, chemical dosing, process readings, and any anomalies.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on demo equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Escalate any operational issues promptly to the Systems Engineer or Pilot Process – R&D Engineer.
• Maintain clear communication with the internal team regarding demo progress, site observations, and any support required.
• Assist in minor maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of demo units to keep systems ready for operation.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during site work.
• Maintain records, daily logs, and checklists for reporting and data analysis.
