Schedule

Full-Time

Monday: 7 am - 5 pm / 11:30 am - 8:30 pm
Tuesday: 7 am - 5 pm / 10:30 am- 7:30 pm
Wednesday: 7 am - 5 pm / 10:30 am -7:30 pm
Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm / 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Friday: 7 am - 3:30 pm

The wage for this Dental Assistant position is $19.10 - $25/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Please note that this is a replacement job opening.

Your Role

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
  • Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
  • Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
  • Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
  • Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

About You

  • Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
