Dental Assistant

We are looking for Dental professionals that are looking to move away from being chairside. This opportunity will give you the chance to stay in the dental field, helping individuals with their dental needs. **Responsibilities**
- Work with both inbound and outbound customer contacts in a fun and team-oriented environment
- Provide a positive and supportive experience for every customer you speak with when answering questions about their treatment
- Focused on first-contact resolution in all customer interactions
- After your 90 days, team members who hit or exceed the metric goals will be eligible to assist on projects as needed

**Qualifications**
- RDA (Dental Assistant) or RDH (Hygienists) license
- 1-2 years of clinical chair-side experience required (excluding externship)
