WellFort is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our Health n’ Smiles team. Health n’ Smiles provides services to under resourced families living in the Region of Peel.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls, books appointments, confirms, recalls, and referrals.
• Registers clients and enters socio-economic data.
• Assists clients with intake and registration forms.
• Ensures provider columns are full.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and benefit coverage.
• Completes and submits insurance forms and claims.
• Works with clients and the dental manager on account balances.
