Bilingual Territory Sales Manager (French Required) Eastern Canada – Remote with Travel

Proficiency in both English and French is required, with residence in Eastern Ontario (i.You will serve as a reliable partner to customers across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries, offering sanitary process solutions. Your focus will be on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service, and meeting sales goals with the support of a dedicated inside sales team.
Manage sales growth across Eastern Canada, including Quebec, NB, PEI, NS, and NL
• Deliver technical guidance and product consultation to existing and prospective clients
• Support inside sales teams to optimize workflow and customer service
• Meet annual sales targets while preserving service excellence
• Develop account plans and territory budgets
• Participate in company training and development sessions
3–5 years of experience in sanitary industrial process equipment or technical/industrial sales
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field preferred
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong planning, relationship-building, and communication skills
