General Dentist – FQHC in Northern California
Federally Qualified Health Center – BC/BE required Base salary: 145-185k Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm Providers typically work 4 days per week and see 12 patients per day Group has 2 dental clinics – approximately 3o minutes from each other and providers rotate between both clinics One is a 12-chair operation and is open Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm The second is an 8-chair operation and is open Monday – Thursday 8 am to 5 pm Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, accrued PTO (up to 112 hours in year 1, cap of 240 hours after 5 years of employment), paid sick leave, 11 paid holidays, CME time and allowance, 403b, life insurance, and more! Non-Profit FQHC and NHSC eligible site for loan repayment. They are also a CCBHC, which provides multiple loan repayment options through HCAI and other agencies Located 30 minutes from Redding, just under 2 hours from Chico and Susanville, and 3 1/2 hours from the Pacific coast Domestic Airport available in Redding with direct flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
