Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide customer service/query resolution for UK Dentists via WhatsApp/email.
- Review digital files (STL) made by our partner lab in India.
- Work with our partner labs to ensure that all work is completed to our high standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest CAD/CAM technology and techniques.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to continuously improve our processes.
- Upload and download files from different portals and manage workflow of digital dental designs.
- Provide and resolve administrative issues like billing, new account setup etc.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM technology.
- Must have a qualification from a dental institute.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with exocad or other dental design software.
- Customer service skills.
- Good English communication skills.
This is a full-time position based in Bali Nagar, New Delhi, India.
