Description

  • Archiving all documents and records in electronic database and as hardcopy according to procedures,
  • Making necessary formatting and listings, according to local SOPs and Procedures,
  • Forwarding all incoming phone calls, e-mail messages, and queries to the respective contact persons, to ensure adequate and smooth communications between other departments and healthcare professionals,
  • Making necessary organizations for domestic or international meetings on behalf of department managers and to coordinate logistics operations for all department meetings,
  • Carrying out department’s procurement processes in relation with Procurement Department; to collect offers, to deliver purchased materials and necessary info to right contacts, and to keep records in an accurate way; in line with procedures,
  • Creating workflow on the internal system (eBA, Veeva, etc.) and to follow up POs,
