Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve department sales targets, margins, and KPIs.
  • Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and take corrective measures to improve performance.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase footfall and conversions.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and high-quality service.
  • Handle customer queries, escalations, and service issues effectively.
  • Maintain high engagement levels on NPS, CES, and other customer satisfaction metrics.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
  • Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive, disciplined, and customer-focused team culture.
