Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve department sales targets, margins, and KPIs.
- Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and take corrective measures to improve performance.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase footfall and conversions.
Customer Experience
- Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and high-quality service.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and service issues effectively.
- Maintain high engagement levels on NPS, CES, and other customer satisfaction metrics.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
- Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and customer-focused team culture.
