Role Overview

This role is part of the CX (Customer Experience) team and reports to the Senior Manager of Deployment and Sustainment with accountability to the Chief Customer Officer.

Mytra is looking for engineers to execute on system deployment and commissioning while helping establish processes to scale fast and ensure quality for our customers. Our team’s mission is to own system installation and bring-up for Mytra customers and create enthusiastic users of our systems.

The Customer Experience Team is the connective tissue between internal Mytra functions and the end user. We make sure the product is correctly built and commissioned at our customer sites and the end users not only know how to use the system, but are using it in the best possible way to reap the most benefit for their organization.
