Role Overview
We are seeking a Telecom Deployment Engineer to design, deploy, and operate 4G and 5G cloud-native network functions (CNFs) on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and other cloud
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Install, configure, and maintain production-grade Red Hat OpenShift (4.x) clusters on
bare-metal and hybrid-cloud environments.
● Ensure platform availability, scalability, and carrier-grade reliability.
● Deploy, onboard, and integrate telecom core and security CNFs using Helm charts and Kubernetes Operators.
● Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with telecom standards.
● Configure advanced networking and compute optimizations to support low-latency,
high-throughput workloads, including:
○ SR-IOV
○ DPDK
○ Hugepages
○ CPU pinning and NUMA awareness
● Develop and maintain automation using Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
