In your role as Deployment Engineer, you will be part of our client deployment team, responsible for guaranteeing a smooth delivery of our solutions and supporting our clients. You will be working closely with our pre-sales engineering as well as product development teams to align on client needs and product requirements.

The role is located in Mexico.

Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Work in the Client Deployment Team, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions, including high-/low-level design, and final technical deployment and integration of solutions.
• Plan, prepare, and set up lab, test, and production environments for client and partnership deployments.
• Install and configure cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.
• Focus on automation to speed up deployment processes.
• Maintain, monitor, administer, and update current deployments to ensure stability.
• Assist with incident management, providing second-level support, error analysis, and classification.
• Coordinate customer requests and communicate with clients.
• Identify operational efficiencies in deployment and support procedures.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience with Linux machines (setup, administration, operation).
• Has experience with complex networking infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing.
• Knows telecommunications systems (4G, 5G, IMS).
• Has hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration.
• Possesses debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark).
• Is fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to have (optional)

• Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.
• Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter.
• Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
