What you’ll do

We are scaling a dedicated Fiber Company (Fiber2All), as fully owned subsidiary of Vodafone. This company is dedicated to delivering lightning-fast fiber-optic connectivity and exceptional service. As the newest addition to the Vodafone family, this new company plays a pivotal role in accelerating fiber optic deployment and creating compelling commercial propositions that align with Vodafone's esteemed standards and values. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all project tasks for the company and is responsible to coordinate company’s teams, partners and or subcontractors to meet the deployment plan, budget and specified quality. 
More specifically, you will: 

• Ensure that planning and execution of companys projects are delivered on time & budget according to companys strategy
• Overlook and steer various steps of deployment like (licensing, phase A and phase B deployment by utilizing subcontractor capabilities
• Identify, anticipate and manage risks
• Facilitate communication between the different parties (internal, external and customers)
• Manage change requests
• Look for cost efficiencies

Who you are

• A technical university degree in Engineering 
• Active member of Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) • 5 years experience In similar Project management roles within telco industry 
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Sufficient financial knowledge
