Our client is looking for a deployment technician to assist them with their windows 11 update. They have several hundred devices that are in need of deployment.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Imaging and preparing laptops for deployment
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Applying and validating group policies
- Scheduling user appointments for device swap-outs
- Deploying laptops to end users and ensuring successful onboarding
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient support throughout the upgrade process
