Your new role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for steering the company’s financial strategy and ensuring robust governance. You will:
Lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.Oversee treasury, risk management, and compliance functions and to ensure SGX-listing compliance.Partner with the CEO and Board to drive long-term growth and profitability.Provide commercial insights to support bids, contracts, and major projects.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with business objectives.What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record as a senior finance leader, ideally within engineering, construction, or related industries.Strong technical expertise in corporate finance, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.Commercial acumen with experience supporting large-scale projects and contracts.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Professional qualifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
