Deputy Director WPB Purpose: Administration and Control of the operation of the assigned Branches, of the operation and of the sales (WPB). Coordination and synergy with the different segments and sales forces that affect the results of the branches. To improve the customer experience in the Branch, generating long-term relationships. Responsible for the design of the strategies in its micromarket as well as the implementation of the strategy established by the Management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in economics - Administrative career or similar. - Experience in the financial sector in areas of promotion and/or sales. - Management of advanced MS Office. - AMIB Certification Figure I - Knowledge of Financial Mathematics. -Intermediate English. Internal staff: Experience as Branch Manager (desirable 2 years)
