About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Controller to join our team and act as a strategic business partner across the organization. This role is central to supporting growth, strengthening financial discipline, leading automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all finance and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and the Board
- Evaluate financial performance, provide insights, and drive business decisions
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and FP&A reporting tools
- Lead accounting operations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure internal controls, compliance, and serve as primary contact for audits
- Oversee all tax compliance, planning, and statutory reporting
- Manage cash flow, treasury, investments, and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP/system upgrades
- Mentor and lead finance teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure adherence to statutory, ROC, MCA, FCRA, and labor-related compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, with mandatory experience in manufacturing; Multinational Corporation experience is a plus
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter-CA with a degree in Commerce
- Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership
- Proven ability to drive change and adapt to evolving organizational needs
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with hands-on operational expertise
- Team-focused, collaborative, and service-minded
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems such as QAD, SAP, and Oracle
- Fluent in English and Hindi
