Purpose of the Role

Embedded Hardware & Diagnostics Lead Responsible for Embedded hardware development, DVP, Diagnostics requirement definition, Development with CoC's, Hardware failure analysis, base software development support and base software interface development / testing

Job Responsibility :

Hardware Finalisation and Diagnostic :

• Finalisation of hardware interface specifications document for all EV powertrain aggregates.
• HW design specification and HW assessments Selection of hardware (ECUs, Inverters, Motors) Preparation of DVP for Powertrains Components (VCU, MCU, BMS, OBC, DC-DC converter, Driver controls, Pump, BLDC FAN etc) Preparation of Failure analysis report (8D, Fish Bone, and DFMEA) of components.
• Diagnostics specification requirement definition as per UDS
