Job Description: Deputy General Manager (DGM) of the Physiotherapy Centre of a Leading Pharma MNC

Location: Delhi (HQ)

Reporting To: Business Head / CEO

Focus: Clinical Operations & Team Leadership

1. Role Summary

The DGM – Atharv Ability is a senior leadership position responsible for the complete operational and clinical management of the Physiotherapy Centre. This role requires a blend of clinical excellence in Neuro-Physiotherapy and strong administrative acumen to manage a large team of therapists. The goal is to ensure world-class patient outcomes while maintaining the commercial and operational viability of the center.

12+ Years, with significant experience in a leadership/managerial role.

Proven track record of managing a team of 15-20 Physiotherapists .

Compensation

Up to ₹40 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

3. Core Responsibilities

A. Center Management & Operations

  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the daily operations of the physiotherapy center, ensuring seamless patient flow and high service standards.
  • P&L Responsibility: Monitor the financial health of the center, including revenue targets, cost management, and resource optimization.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain clinical protocols to ensure international standards of neuro-rehabilitation.

B. Clinical Leadership & Team Handling

  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor a team of 15-20 Physiotherapists, providing clinical guidance on complex neurological cases.
  • Training: Identify skill gaps and organize continuous medical education (CME) and training workshops for the clinical team.
  • Roster Management: Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution within the team.

C. Patient Care & Strategic Growth

  • Clinical Oversight: Review high-complexity neuro-rehab cases and ensure evidence-based treatment plans are executed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with referring neurologists, neurosurgeons, and hospitals to build a strong referral network.
  • Brand Building: Represent the center at clinical forums and conferences to establish "Atharv Ability" as a center of excellence in Neuro-Physiotherapy.
