Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR Leader at the DGM level to lead the Human Resources function for our Motors Division . You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with business goals, managing complex industrial relations with unions, and fostering a leadership culture across multiple plants. You will be a key partner to the senior leadership team, ensuring robust talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies to support operational excellence.
