You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with business goals, managing complex industrial relations with unions, and fostering a leadership culture across multiple plants. You will be a key partner to the senior leadership team, ensuring robust talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Align HR strategy with business goals to support the Motors Division’s growth and transformation agenda.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the leadership team on all HR matters.
Drive organizational development initiatives, including capability building, leadership development, and succession planning.
Lead change management efforts during business transitions, mergers, or restructuring.
