About the Role
Catering Collective is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creatively driven Head of Marketing to lead brand, digital, and customer engagement initiatives across its premium catering and venue businesses, as well as Lifeco’s food court and institutional dining portfolio.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a modern marketing professional who can seamlessly balance long-term brand building with performance-led execution. The role requires the ability to create and scale in-house flexible brands and power brands, develop scalable food concepts for food courts (with client collaboration where required), drive lead generation for Lifeco’s B2B business, and inspire both in-house teams and agency partners to deliver consistently exceptional outcomes.
Reporting to: Business Heads – Banquets & Catering and Lifeco
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Define and drive brand positioning, personality, and architecture for Banquets & Catering and its portfolio, including Blue Sea Catering, Araya Bagh, and future luxury brands.
- Lead new brand creation initiatives, covering naming, identity development, brand narrative, and go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure a consistent luxury tone, visual language, and brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Define end-to-end customer journeys aligned with each brand’s unique value proposition.
- Create and scale in-house food court brands for Lifeco across cuisines, formats, and price points, based on end-user profiles, age groups, spending power, and client business objectives.
- Define and manage brand architecture for Lifeco’s multi-brand ecosystem (in-house and franchise models).
2. Culinary & Product Integration
- Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and product teams to bring theme-led menu and dining concepts to life.
- Translate culinary concepts into compelling brand stories, presentations, and client-facing formats that support sales storytelling.
- Champion the guest culinary and service experience as a core brand expression.
- Lead chef collaborations for Lifeco food courts, including partnerships with renowned Indian chefs for curated counters and limited-edition menus.
- Translate chef-led partnerships into scalable, repeatable food court concepts.
3. Content, Campaigns & Communications
- Build brand equity through cohesive content strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels.
- Lead development of campaign narratives, brand experiences, and storytelling platforms.
- Drive a strong social media and influencer strategy to build awareness, recall, and engagement.
- Oversee creation of all marketing collateral including pitch decks, brand films, videos, client presentations, invitations, and PR kits.
- Strategise food court–specific campaigns focused on footfall growth, repeat consumption, and brand discovery.
4. Performance Marketing & Digital Growth
- Own and optimise digital lead generation strategies across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and allied channels.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and agencies to track lead-generation ROI, conversion metrics, and campaign performance across Banquets & Catering and Lifeco.
- Identify marketing technology requirements and oversee implementation.
5. Sales Enablement & Business Impact
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth.
- Equip sales teams with pitch decks, case studies, themed menus, curated tasting experiences, and digital sales assets.
- Monitor market feedback and refine strategies based on sales performance and client insights.
- Own annual marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and coordination with finance for spend discipline and measurable outcomes.
6. Networking & Firsthand Consumer Insights
- Participate in industry forums, trade events, showcases, and key events hosted or catered by Catering Collective.
- Build networks across the hospitality, F&B, and real estate ecosystem.
- Leverage firsthand insights to drive consumer-centric brand and campaign decisions.
7. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor an 8-member in-house marketing team including the design team.
- Manage external creative, PR, and performance agencies.
- Build strong cross-functional alignment with senior leadership and on-ground teams.
- Foster a high-performance, insight-led, innovation-driven marketing culture.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in brand and growth marketing within luxury hospitality, premium F&B, luxury lifestyle, or high-end consumer-facing sectors.
- Proven success in launching or repositioning food-centric brands.
- Balanced expertise in brand building and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership of small, high-impact teams and agency ecosystems.
- Strong visual, verbal, and experiential storytelling capability.
- Comfort with budgets, KPIs, marketing technology, and executive-level reporting.
