Tally Education is the largest certifying organization for computerized accounting.

Experience You Should Bring
- We are looking for a seasoned leader with a robust track record in driving institutional and education sales across India. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in partner- management, business development in education and institutional sales.
- Exposure in managing communication to large audience of internal team and partner eco-system.
- Expertise in designing and executing high-impact initiatives such as marketing campaigns, product launches, and incentive schemes.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical acumen to assess market trends, competitor movements, and program performance.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and grow large field and inside sales teams.
- Knowledge of prior experience with Tally products is highly desirable.
- Should have experience of managing communication with a large audience of internal team and partner eco-system.
- Proven ability to strategically scale partner ecosystems and drive channel-led revenue growth.
What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the national sales strategy for Tally Education. Your key responsibilities will include:
Business Growth & Revenue .
- Spearhead the development of national business plans and drive aggressive year-on-year revenue growth.
- Identify and tap into new market segments, institutional partnerships, and regional clusters to maximize reach and profitability.
- Evaluate market intelligence to anticipate trends and unlock new revenue streams.
Sales Team Leadership & Governance
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance, target-driven sales team across zones.
- Design and implement a structured review rhythm with regional and zonal teams to track performance and accountability.
- Monitor individual and team-level KPIs, providing actionable insights and course corrections where necessary.
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Create comprehensive budget and resource plans in alignment with business goals.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles to align revenue forecasts and operating budgets.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, partner performance, and market feedback to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to co-create go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on evolving market demands, government skilling programs, and channel effectiveness.
