- Lead the Regional Engineering function covering all Business Units in SCO & MENA region.
- Development and mapping of Engineering programs, policies, and procedures to Global policies to ensure no discrepancy and ensure its implementation to be properly documented.
- Drive Engineering excellence across businesses & projects that improve Organisation Sustainability & maintain a Continual Improvement approach.
- Ensure compliance of safety standards and safe working practices among all BU’s of SCO + MENA.
